I ran with the team again. They were doing 800 and 400 repeats. I ran a few of them with the team, but only ran 100m hard on each repeat. I ran the 800 in 3:01 followed by 3x400 in 1:17, 1:23, 1:18. After that I watched the rest of their repeats and then ran a little more to finish with 6 miles for the day. My original plan was to run 8 miles, but I ran the repeats a little harder than I was planning, so I decided to cut back the mileage. |
