Felt just a tiny bit of soreness in my legs this morning, which is good considering the workout I did yesterday. My knee is still a little tender, so I will probably avoid any short fast sprints until it starts feeling better. At church I also got the opportunity to teach the Elders quorum lesson, after being asked to teach in the middle of Sunday school. I was given the wrong lesson, and ended up teaching on the law of chastity instead of Teachings For Our Times.
