I ran most of this workout easy, hitting the halfway mark in 1:12:53. We ran the last 3+ miles faster (17:35), and hit the last quarter in 76 seconds. Total time was 2:18:32. My plantar fascia was still sore during the workout, but for today at least it felt better if I ran more on my forefoot, although I switched back and forth during the workout because I can't run exclusively on my forefoot without messing myself up. My left calf near the achilles was actually pretty sore afterwards, but I am hoping that my plantar fascia will be better off for it. |
