I woke up today and felt horrible. My legs hurt and I was kind of limping around the house for the first few minutes after I got up. My legs took a couple hours to feel normal so I decided to skip the morning run. I felt good enough to run later on in the day but didn't have the time after work. I have started to suspect that the issues I am having may be related to complications with the exercise induced asthma that I had as a child (or potentially a different form of asthma). Previously I was hesitant to think this was the case because my symptoms were nothing like what I used to experience, plus my inhaler wasn't doing me any good. Now I am starting to think it might be the case because my allergies have been worse since I moved to Vegas, and with my heart being fine I wonder if my airways are reacting to something in the air and closing off, causing the HR to rise. This could potentially be the cause of the fatigue I have been noticing, as I can't sleep as well at night if my breathing is disturbed. |
