I got out later than I wanted to, but I ended up getting out around 7:15pm. The path I was running on was either completely dry, or really icy in places for the first mile, and I almost fell 4 times during that section of my run on the way out and the way back. The rest of the run wasn't too bad and I finished the run in 1:00:30. I felt really good and I almost didn't turn around at 4 miles, however I decided that I needed to stick to my plan, so I turned around and headed back in. Overall a good run. One of the only runs in the last while where I have noticed no tightness or discomfort in my hip, which is really good and shows me that my body is adapting well to running again |
